In a bow, mix the almond flour with the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt & pepper
In another small bowl, beat the egg.
Take a pickle slice and dip it into the egg, then the flour mixture, ensuring the slice is coated. You might want to double dip in the egg and flour mixture again, depending upon the pickle slice size.
Place the coated pickle slices in the air fryer.
Lightly spray the slices with olive or coconut oil.
Set the temperature of the air fryer to 200C/400F degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the pickle slices over and cook for a further 5 minutes for an even bake.
Serve with a dip of your choice.
