Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 lemon whole juice
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a mason jar or container.
  • Stir thoroughly and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight.
