  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 medium lemon juice
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


  • Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add more water.
  • Store in a sealed container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
