Turmeric Tahini Dressing
A creamy, smooth salad dressing full of flavour with a great way to incorporate turmeric into your meals
Servings: 10 servings
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 medium lemon juice
- 30 ml olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add more water.
Store in a sealed container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
1 serving is about 4 tablespoons
