Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon curd sugar free
  • ¼ cup whey protein powder

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 7 raspberries

Instructions

  • Place the yogurt, lemon curd and whey protein powder in a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Place the toppings on top. Display them as you wish. Have fun with them!
  • Serve immediately.
