Ingredients

  • 1 cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme fresh
  • 2 tablespoons basil fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (can be optional if you don't like mustard)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except the oil and lemon juice into a food processor and pulse until it becomes a chunky paste.
  • Add the olive oil and lemon juice and blend for a smoother paste.
  • Adjust the seasoning for your own taste.
  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
