Peach Chia Jam
Use your summer peaches to make a jar of delicious peach chia jam.

- 2 peaches
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup water
Peel the peaches and remove the stones. Slice into small pieces.
Add all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes.
Allow to cool and spoon into a jar.
