Ingredients

  • ½ cup whey protein powder
  • ½ cup oat fiber
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup psyllium husk powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 7 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160C/300F degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  • In a separate smaller bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with the eggs until smooth.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar and continue to whisk.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until you have a dough.
  • Using damp hands, form the dough into balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the rolls are firm and golden.

Makes 8 small bread rolls
