Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • ¼ cup brown monkfruit other golden/brown sweetener
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut unsweetened
  • 1 cup dried star fruit chips chopped
  • 1 cup almond slices
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 150C/300F degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl add the coconut oil and golden sweetener. Stir to combine.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
