- ½ cup strawberries chopped
- ½ avocado
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
In a blender, puree the strawberries, avocado, almond milk, spirulina and hemp seeds until the mixture is smooth. The mixture should be thick.
Pour into a bowl and decorate with your choice of toppings
Frozen strawberries can be use as well as fresh
