Ingredients

  • ½ head white cabbage
  • ¼ head red cabbage
  • 5 spring onions
  • 1 red pepper deseeded and cut into strip
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  • Chop the white and red cabbage into thin strips.
  • Trim and cut the spring onions.
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Taste and season to own taste.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with chopped cilantro (optional)
