Keto Garlic Naan Bread
An easy low carb naan bread recipe made with coconut flour and psyllium husk powder that we brush with a garlic butter.

- ½ cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups hot water you may not need it all
Garlic Butter Topping
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or cilantro
In a large mixing bowl add the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
Add the coconut oil and stir into the dry mixture.
Add the water, about ½ cup at a time to form the dough.
Let the dough sit for 10 minutes for it to firm up.
Divide the mixture into 6 balls.
Roll the balls between 2 sheets of parchment paper into oval shapes,
Dry fry the bread in a pan or skillet on a medium-high heat for 2– 3 minutes each side, until golden.
Make the Topping
In a small bowl, add the garlic, melted butter, salt and pepper and mix well.
Brush the garlic butter over the naan bread and serve with chopped parsley.
Makes 6 small breads
