Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened
  • 4 oz chocolate, dark with high cocoa solids
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a bain marie (double boiler), melt the chocolate.
  • Add the seeds, coconut oil and coconut. Mix well and set aside to cool.
  • Form balls with a cookie scooper, or your hands. Place the balls on a parchment lined plate or tray and keep in the fridge to firm.
