Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and line a 1lb loaf tin with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Add the tahini and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour in the apple cider vinegar and stir well.
  • Pour the tahini batter into the prepared loaf tin and scatter sesame seeds on top (optional).
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the bread is golden and firm.
  • Slice, serve and enjoy
