Keto Star Fruit Chip
Easy star fruit chips in a pumpkin spice for a low carb sweet snack
Servings: 16 chip
- 2 star fruits
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F
Thinly slice the star fruits.
Gently remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
Place the slices in a bowl and sprinkle the pumpkin spice over them. Mix them well to ensure that all slices are covered.
Place the slices on a parchment lined baking tray
Bake for 30-35 until crisp (flip over half way through cooking time). Oven's can vary so you may need more time.
The net carbs will be the total carb count minus the fibre count. Carb count excludes sugar alcohols.
