Cover the cauliflower head in a herb coating and roast. Set aside to cool thoroughly.
Saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms
Place the walnuts and mushrooms in a food processor and blitz into a paste.
Eat and enjoy
Cover the cauliflower with the Fathead dough pastry and seal the edges underneath.
Decorate and brush with an egg wash. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
