Green beans are cooked with garlic, walnuts and balsamic vinegar for a great side dish that goes with anything!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz green beans trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a skillet on a medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the green beans, toss in the garlic and butter and cook for 5 minutes, tossing to ensure even cooking.
  • Add the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and walnuts and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
