Ingredients

  • ½ avocado peeled and stone removed
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener or other low carb sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
