Star Fruit Smoothie
A thirst quenching star fruit smoothie makes a great low carb tropical breakfast.

- 1 medium star fruit
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 5 oz Greek yogurt
- ½ cup ice cubes
With a sharp knife, slice the edges from the star fruit.
Remove the top and bottom of the fruit and cut into ¼ inch slices. Remove any seeds.
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Scrap the sides down if necessary.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Try a garnish of a star fruit slice.
