Ingredients

  • 1 lb cauliflower

Coating

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, vegetarian grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Franks hot sauce or other hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
  • Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stalk so that it can sit flat.
  • Place the cauliflower in a pan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes to soften the cauliflower.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the pan and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  • In a large bowl, add the coating ingredients and mix well.
  • Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and cover with the cheesy coating.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and cooked.
  • Serve and slice!

Notes

Serve as 4 quarters.
