Ingredients

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or other berries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain, full fat
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, with the frozen strawberries first.
  • Blitz until smooth. If you want a thicker consistency, you can add some ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  • Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, pour it into a glass.
