- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or other berries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain, full fat
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Add all ingredients to a blender, with the frozen strawberries first.
Blitz until smooth. If you want a thicker consistency, you can add some ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, pour it into a glass.
