Keto Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

An easy recipe for keto buffalo cauliflower wings made with no flour and roasted. Serve as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F degrees.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Toss the florets in the olive oil and season with the salt and pepper.
  • Place the cauliflower florets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning over half- way through.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce. Broil/grill for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve warm with a dipping sauce.

Notes

This recipe assumes that you have already made the keto buffalo sauce.
