How to make keto buffalo cauliflower bites
This recipe is as easy as making buffalo sauce. It helps if you have already a jar of homemade buffalo sauce in the refrigerator before reaching for the cauliflower.
A firm head of cauliflower is cut into florets, tossed in oil then roasted until golden. Then the cauliflower florets are then tossed in the buffalo sauceand broiled/grilled until bubbling.
Can these be made ahead?
These low carb cauliflower bites can be made in just 30 minutes but if you want to make them ahead, prepare the cauliflower bites and roast them. When you are ready to eat, toss them in the buffalo sauce and broil or grill them for 5 minutes.
Can you make these cauliflower bites in the air fryer?
This is a great low carb cauliflower dish that can be made in the air fryer. Especially if you enjoy your cauliflower bites extra crispy! To cook these in the airfryer, set the temperature to 200C/400F degrees and cook the florets in the air fryer basked for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Toss the cooked florets in the sauce and return to the air fryer for another 3 minutes.
If you use an air fryer you will need to make this recipe in batches.

- A Blue Cheese Dressing mixed with sour cream (choose a vegetarian friendly blue cheese though)
Coat the cauliflower florets in beaten egg and almond flour before roasting for a "breaded" coating.
If you like your buffalo cauliflower extra spicy add chili powder, garlic powder or chopped jalapenos to the sauce.

Keto Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F degrees.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Toss the florets in the olive oil and season with the salt and pepper.
- Place the cauliflower florets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning over half- way through.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce. Broil/grill for about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce.
