How to make tasty keto cheese chips

All you need to make these easy cheese crisps is slices of cheese! That’s it. I used pepper jack cheese but you could use Cheddar or provolone cheeses.

Cut the slices into triangle and bake until golden. Once they are cool

    Low Carb Cracker Substitute

If you are looking for a low carb appetizer with some crunch, these should hit the spot!

Enjoy these with salsa, guacamole and any other low carb dip of your choosing.

How to store keto cheese crisps

As these low carb chips are made with cheese, it’s best to keep them in a sealed container in the fridge. They should last about 3-5 days.

    Recipe Tips

Sprinkle spices or herbs on the cheese slices before baking for extra flavour.

Chopped or sliced jalapenos make a spicy addition to these chips too.

If you don’t have cheese slices, grated cheese can be use.  Spoon a circle or square of shredded cheese onto a parchment lined baking tray.
