If it is cracked, it has been stored too long before hitting the supermarket shelves.

Fried Cabbage Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 green cabbage head small
- ¼ cup butter, unsalted
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into thin slices either using a sharp knife or a food processor.
- Heat a large skill on a medium heat and add the butter.
- Add the cabbage and saute for 10-15 minutes, giving it an occasional stir until it is a golden brown.
- Season with the salt and pepper and serve.
- Garnish with chopped parsley & sesame seeds (optional)
