Peach chia jam is a great low carb jam for peach season. It’s easy to make and a no sugar jam with just 3 ingredients. Vegan, paleo, sugar free and full of flavour!

Enjoy a spoonful of this peach chia jam with Greek yoghurt or slathered on a low carb scone! 1 serving (2 tablespoons) is just 2g net carbs too.

    Are peaches keto?

If eaten in small portions peaches can fit into a low carb diet but they are not keto. They have 8g net carbs per 100g serving compared to blueberries that have 12g carbs. You may get more blueberries than peaches in a 100g serving though.

How to make 3 ingredient chia jam

All you need to make this low carb chia jam is (not including water as an ingredient!):

    • Chia seeds
    • Peaches
    • Vanilla extract

I have not used any low carb sweetener as I found the natural sweetness of the peaches with the vanilla extract enough for my palate. Taste test and adjust for your own palate.

    Recipe Tips

Add other flavours to compliment the peach. Ginger or raspberry would be delicious.

Replace the vanilla extract with almond extract.
